EP purpose
Training of highly qualified specialists for the energy industry with professional skills in the field of Information and Communication technologies, design and management of energy systems, as well as social competencies necessary for successful work in a modern technological and social context
LO1 Applies knowledge of the basics of economics, entrepreneurship, law, anti-corruption culture, and the peculiarities of interaction between nature and society to ensure life, collecting and interpreting information to form scientific judgments, taking into account the principles and culture of academic integrity
LO2 He applies basic knowledge of physical and mathematical sciences, as well as natural and engineering sciences in his professional activities
LO3 Implements modern technologies and materials, including nanomaterials, to increase the efficiency and sustainability of traditional and renewable energy systems in the process of solving professional tasks
LO4 Performs the necessary calculations of electrical circuits of analog and digital electronic devices, electrical machines and microprocessor systems
LO5 Applies practical skills of algorithmization, programming, Internet of Things (IoT) technology and artificial intelligence to manage and monitor energy infrastructure
LO6 Applies methods of modeling, simulation and optimization of energy systems and power plants, using modern software tools and technologies for the analysis, design and management of processes in digital energy
LO7 He is knowledgeable in the techniques of designing, estimating, and controlling energy production and distribution networks, utilizing information and intelligent systems to address engineering challenges
LO8 Applies in practice knowledge on the implementation of automation systems and control and measuring devices in the digitalization of energy, taking into account the principles of relay protection and the specifics of the power supply of enterprises
LO9 Provides technical operation, commissioning, configuration and pilot testing of engineering equipment and smart systems at production facilities to maintain their optimal modes in accordance with design and technical documentation
LO10 Defines production tasks using a technical and economic analysis of the activities of energy enterprises, for a comprehensive justification of management decisions and evaluation of results.
